Delivery is available worldwide in compliance with the information given by the customer when placing the order. Delivery time will be mentionned during the exchanges with the customer.
Ka Dovani declines all responsibility in case of delayed deliveries or no delivery at all happening because of erronous or incomplete information regarding the delivery address given when ordering.
If you choose not to get a tracking number, Ka Dovani declines all responsibility in case of lost parcel and will not be able to give you any information on delivery.
Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state duties may occur in some countries (international deliveries). These fees and sums are not the responsibility of the seller. They will be paid by the buyer and are their responsibility (declaration, payment to the relevant authorities, etc). In this respect, the seller invites the buyer to find out about these aspects from the relevant authorities.
The products will be delivered to the address given when placing the order and in the notified delivery time. The latter doesn't include the preparation time of the order. The seller provides you with an email address to keep track of your order: email@example.com. The seller reminds you that as soon as the customer receives the order, the risks of loss or damage are their responsibility. It is up to the customer to notify to the transporter of any issues upon delivery.
